Who needs privacy settings when admins can access everything

A former google employee used their admin rights to look at the Google voice logs of several teenagers in order to stalk and befriend them. He was fired as soon as Google found out but it’s scary that there was no protection in place to detect this as it happended: Item reported here: http://gawker.com/5637234/
